Northridge Services recently came out to provide us a quote for the county assistance program we are utilizing. He assessed the furnace, answered our questions, and gave expert advice for our heating needs and we recently had to repair our plumbing as well. He took time to look at the plumbing and gave very helpful advice to avoid a future plumbing nightmare. The county will decide what servicer can be hired for the repair/replacement but I would absolutely give them a call back.
