They were able to get me an appointment with a days notice. I arrived and had a short wait until Jill was ready for me. They have a cozy seating area with puzzles you can work on while waiting. Jill was wonderful. I told her what I was looking for and she quickly understood. She asked me questions to clarify further and gave suggestions to better help me. We discussed changes I had noticed with my hair recently and her knowledge on the topic led to a productive conversation. I love the cut and style I left with.
