“Where do I start? For starters, Kathy is SUCH A SWEETHEART. She is so positive, warm, and a pleasure to work with. Second, her studio is beautiful!! For something as unpleasant as a wax, her environment makes you feel comfortable immediately, a true reflection of who she is. Finally, this wax experience has been the most pleasant one ever. The wax she uses does not pull on the skin so while there is mild discomfort, its nothing like what I've felt with soft wax or other mediums. I had minimal swelling and no irritation.<br>Bottom line: Kathy is a true gem of an esthetician and I look forward to seeing her again. “After a very long week of physical and emotional heavy lifting, I reached the end of my capacity but not the end of my task. As a desperate measure, I searched maps for the nearest massage with good reviews, and fortune smiled on me when I found this amazing Thai massage place just around the corner from my loved one's apartment<br><br>It was already evening, but using their easy online booking, I was able to get an appointment for a couple of hours later. It was a few dollars more for an after 8:pm appointment but not too much considering the ask. I arrived at a clean, well-appointed lobby and was greeted by Luna. She gave me water and did a preliminary consultation. She had me circle areas of particular discomfort and sign a standard release. Then Luna led me to one of the private rooms.<br><br>Luna was very competent and confident at addressing my issues. She was a wonderful listener with her ears, hands, and intuition and got right to the root of my pain. I have experienced Thai massage in many places by various practitioners, and comparatively, Luna was great. Of course, it was very intense, but I communicated and Luna adjusted when it was more that I could bear. Luna, who studied Muay Thai and sometimes works on athletes, released, readjusted, and stretched just about my whole body in a 90-minute session. After I dressed, she gave me hot ginger tea.<br><br>Restored, re-energized, and feeling physically like I was 20 years younger, I was able to complete the task efficiently and with serenity.“

“Ive been going to Uni K for ten years and won’t go anywhere else. I’ve been to several different ones and they are always hygienic, organized, kind and efficient. Rinisha was my favorite waxer for 8/10 of those years but she moved away, so I changed locations and have been provided my services at random. Yesterday I went in for my monthly Brazilian and finally found someone worthy of replacing my old favorite. Her name is Gina! She was quick but gentle and very attentive. “I have a wax pass, so came here since it's the closest location to me since moving to the area. I arrived a little early for my appointment, but unfortunately they told me that they're running behind. I ended up waiting 30 minutes past my appointment time, which was annoying because I had paid for street parking. In addition, ended up with a parking ticket from this visit, so be careful if you're parking on the streets when coming here. The actual waxing was quick and painless. My esthetician was great. I think I overheard that they double booked, but hope they ensure mistakes like that don't happen where I would need to wait half an hour for my appointment.“
