I've been consistently going to Jenny for a year and she is so sweet and always delivers. Other places have rotating lash technicians who get your set done quickly within an hour, but Jenny always takes time to apply the full set and that makes me feel like she really cares about giving you the best lashes. I highly value places and people who make you feel like an individual client rather than just another customer, especially since those experiences aren't easy to come by in NYC. The space is always quiet, relaxing, and comfortable, the lashes always look gorgeous and natural, and scheduling is always accommodating. “I have a wax pass, so came here since it's the closest location to me since moving to the area. I arrived a little early for my appointment, but unfortunately they told me that they're running behind. I ended up waiting 30 minutes past my appointment time, which was annoying because I had paid for street parking. In addition, ended up with a parking ticket from this visit, so be careful if you're parking on the streets when coming here. The actual waxing was quick and painless. My esthetician was great. I think I overheard that they double booked, but hope they ensure mistakes like that don't happen where I would need to wait half an hour for my appointment.“
