Exquisite Roofing

My roof started leaking in early December, and my wife and I called 6 companies to get estimates and quotes. Exquisite (also known as tri-state) roofing was the one we selected. Brian came on out and gave my wife and I the time we needed to answer questions, talk through contingencies, and was actually able to give us ball park estimates on the fly, which was very comforting - since every other company sent staff that would tell us to call the office. Brian also understood our needs of wanting to get the roof fixed immediately and turned us around an official quote same day, which we accepted and he scheduled for two days later (before other quotes even came in). Unlike the other quotes - the quote we received outlined any foreseeable fully loaded costs that could be occurred as they replace the roof (new wood sheets, etc) which other quotes completely lacked. We would absolutely use exquisite again and have already recommended them to our neighbor, who also had her roof replaced by exquisite last month!
