Scotty's Electric Service

I used this company thinking they were a local oyster bay company there not they advertised to be but are located in Lindenhurst. They did a rather large electric job for me and I paid a lot of money for the job was done poorly I still have pendant lights that are uneven as well as wrong outlets put in . While the on the job one of their guys asked me to assist him in helping him put up a light, so I was actually standing in my kitchen, holding a light while he was doing the work seems a little unreal, but what else could I do? I helped him, but it seems like they should have a helper with them. I am dissatisfied with their work and I would never use them again I called to get some things corrected and the owner was very hostile. My husband also tried to approach him with no luck. I would stay away from this company extremly unprofessional and guys not experienced.I am still going to look into them see if they are licensed .

Phenomenally bad service and exorbitant prices. The individual who came to give me an estimate had absolutely no idea about electrical service and seemed to make it up as he went. This was confirmed when the electrician, who showed up to do the work, stated that the guy didn't have a clue. The simple work took all day and was sloppily performed. Had to hire another service to complete the job. Would definitely avoid Scotty's.Services: Electrical outlet & switch installation

Oscar stopped by my home in Roslyn and was truly beyond helpful. On the spot he fixed quite a lot as I was showing him around the house. He was careful and gave me options to make sure things fit the budget. I really enjoyed working with him - and look forward to using Scotty’s for my entire home outlet / light switch / lighting needs.
