“I had a very disappointing experience with Jaggi Real Estate Agency. In my opinion, they did not operate in a fair or transparent manner. My offer for a property was never presented to the homeowner, which is both unprofessional and unacceptable. Additionally, it appeared that showings were not offered equally to all interested buyers. Instead, the home seemed to be shown only to certain individuals, which raises serious concerns about bias and discriminatory practices. This type of selective treatment undermines the integrity of the real estate process and can unfairly influence the demographics of a neighborhood.“

“I highly recommend Maria Babaev. We met with several brokers before choosing her based on the types of properties she sells. Our house was in need of a lot of work and other brokers suggested we price it at nearly half of what an independent appraiser thought it was worth. Not Maria. She priced it at that exact price and within 3 days of listing it for sale with her, we had a spoken expression of great interest in it and, 10 days later, a contract at that price.
