In 2020, we faced the daunting task of removing a towering, 100-foot Sawtooth Oak from our property. Situated on a steep hill and within a constrained space, this was no small feat, especially considering the tree's century-old legacy. Our decision to proceed with its removal came after careful consultation with an arborist, confirming the tree posed a real risk.

Wonderland excelled in every aspect of the process. They seamlessly handled all the necessary paperwork, permits, and inspections with the town, showcasing their professionalism and expertise. Their arrival on site was a study in efficiency and respect for property; they carefully maneuvered their trucks into place, protecting our driveway and lawn with large plywood sheets. They even went the extra mile to safeguard any items that could potentially be damaged and worked diligently with our neighbors to minimize any inconvenience from noise or temporary traffic disruptions.

Their team skillfully disassembled the tree piece by piece, starting with the limbs before moving on to the trunk. Their initial suspicions were confirmed when they discovered the tree was hollow and severely decayed inside—a clear hazard had been averted thanks to their intervention. Wonderland devoted an entire day to the careful removal of the tree and returned on a Sunday to ensure all remnants were cleared away, leaving our lawn and garden in impeccable condition.

“Joseph redid my front landscaping for me, since mostly everything died from a flood the previous December. Since it was late in the season, and some weather obstacles, Joseph managed to squeeze my job in. His initial rendering was beautiful , but above my budget and also, I felt too much for someone who doesn’t have a green thumb. He worked with me to make changes, still keeping his designer vision, and my goal alive! The results are amazing and I can’t wait to see it all come to real life in the spring. “Sivilli Contracting is in the process of working with my General Contractor in building a home in Atlantic Beach, New York. The complexity of this project is almost unexplainable since the house is being built next to an open bay. In order to get out of the ground, there was a dewatering system set up, more than 100 piles installed, significant waterproofing as well as a 24” slab and 12” foundation walls. In addition, before any of this work started, the demolition of a home, cabana and pool took place. Sivilli has been doing all of this work and has done an unbelievable job.
