I highly recommend coming to Andy’s!! We just moved in town and needed a cut( my son and I) such a friendly environment!! And he was super quick!! Prices were great!!!!! We will not be going anywhere else for our haircuts!! Sooo worth it!!

They are great with children and very patient with them. My sons have very straight and a lot of hair. They do an amazing job cutting hair!

Andy & Son Barbershop, established in 1969, is located at 26 Lake St. in historic Owego, NY. Andy's is a gentleman's shop, reminiscent of the classic walk-in barbershop. We offer modern and traditional haircuts, beard trims and hot towel shaves. Each haircut is polished off with a straight razor neck shave and a splash of aftershave. We will provide top notch service, feeling good and looking great.
