I was in dire need of a quality haircut. I found Precision was close to home and I made an appointment. Yesterday I met Brittany and I found her to be professional and talented. Such a sweet shop! She sat me down and we chatted for about five full minutes about what I wanted. She did an amazing job - she continued asking if lengths were short enough, to my liking, etc. I definitely like that she said she would rather keep trimming than taking too much off Pricing is very fair, especially with such great quality. I recommend Brittany very highly!!

This place saved my dog. We were camping in the area and my dog was bitten by a bee. He ended up being allergic. This happened on a Sunday when everything was closed. My dog's lips and tongue began to swell to the point where he could not breathe. Out of desperation, we decided to call every single vet in the area, even if they were closed. No one answered the phone except this one. The owner, a very kind woman, agreed to help us even though her place was supposed to be closed. You could tell she really cared about my dog. She was kind, thorough and patient. Being from the city, we expected to use our credit cards to pay for the visit, but she charged us a very reasonable price. I can't thank her enough.
Ketchum installed the fence at our storage facility about a year ago, and they did an immaculate job: clean, accurate, with state of the art technology. But even better is their warm, capable, personal service. When I had a gate problem (which turned out to be my fault not theirs), Rob was there on the spot, doing a fix and then answering my call at 9pm and walking me through an issue. They treat your business like their own, with care and concern and going the extra ten miles to make sure your every need is met. This is a great organization and there just aren’t enough words to express how much we appreciate them.
