The morning of 12/07/2021 Josh came to diagnose why our furnace would not turn on.He showed us where flames were coming out and burning the wires close to our gas valve on our 30 year old 80 percent efficiency furnace.The next day Josh and Chris came and installed a 95 percent efficiency furnace.Josh and Chris were professional, never assumed, and answered questions very respectfully.
