Exceed Expectations!
I have a computer that is about 15 years old, which I love and depend on very much.
It was observed that it was gradually losing its efficiency by getting very hot, very slow , losing battery power and worst of all shutting down !
I came across Westchester Cell Phones and Computer Services online and decided to contact them. I spoke to Bobby, who listened to my complaints and found an appointment slot for me in his busy schedule to have it examined.

I got home repair service on a phone that was quick and courteous. The repairmen showed up exactly on time and he did the repair quickly as promised, right from his vehicle. I was given a quote on the job via email before he arrived and a discrepancy in the scope of the project was easily and quickly remedied. They are going to be my go-to for any computer repairs or services.
As a repeat customer, I strongly recommend using WCR. Bobby upgraded our iMac (added a ssd and updated the Mac OS); performed diagnostics on my Dell desktop. I bought an iPhone 12 and a Dell laptop from him, which are terrific. Excellent service and prices.
