Woke up with no AC and a water leak, luckily I am a maintenance contract holder with Thermodynamix so they squeezed me in right away. The receptionist was wonderful. Gave me a 2 hour time window and the tech showed up right on time and explained everything he was checking. He diagnosed it perfectly and got me back up and running. By far the easiest company to deal with.

My AC broke down unexpectedly and they were able to assess the problem quickly to determine that the unit could not be saved, and explained everything throughly including showing me the failed parts. They were able to get me a quote to replace it the same day, and in less than a week install the new unit. Was very happy with the service and the installatio!

After placing a call in the morning, I was able to schedule a service call that very same afternoon.
David (the technician) was Exceptionally polite and courteous at explaining his process in diagnosing my Daikin One Air-conditioner issue (which was installed a year ago by Thermodynamix). He was thorough and wanted to make sure he covered all the basis of what could have potentially sparked the issue in the first place and was quick to rectify the problem.
Highly recommend Thermodynamix and their team of experts.
