Ceiling tiles were all stained. Master Plumber Dan Sellazzo located the source (and explained the maze of pipes and water lines above my drop ceiling). It was a leaking toilet. In came his partner of 20 years, Ken Troise, who is probably the nicest guy you'll ever meet and who obviously loves what he does. I recently had a dehumidifier that wasn't working properly. Ken pinpointed the problem immediately and within an hour it was fixed. What I really appreciated is that he came within the time frame specified and was very pleasant to work with. Definitely would recommend Sellazo plumbing and heating.
