TOC Cleaning is top notch! Punctual & professional. I have been using their service, for over one year, to clean my elderly parents' apartment. Each and every time the apartment, appliances & furniture were left sparkling clean. This last time, the apartment was a little more of a mess than usual and I'm sure it took a lot of effort to get it clean, but once done, the apartment was left immaculate.
