On 02/14/2021 I went to get my hair done by this salon due to previous recommendations because I was told they had good service I was given an appointment at this date to get my highlights / hair done by the owner. The day I showed up the the appointment I wasn’t going to go due to the trip being 2 hours from my home. They called me and told me that they where going to do a great service, as soon as she saw that I wasn’t satisfied with the work she had started saying nasty things. She made my color way too dark even after being instructed that I wanted a lighter dirty blonde.
