We hired Ms. Cynthia for bi-weekly housecleaning. This was accomplished for about a year on schedule. A team of three usually accomplished the cleaning quickly, though not always to a high standard. Sometimes they inexplicably wouldn't vacuum any carpets, often left pet hair on furniture, used dirty cloths to wipe white sills leaving black smears, etc. Twice they broke delicate items of decor (only *once* notifying us because we were home and heard the crash). The second time they just tossed the broken item in the garbage. So they are a bit careless in their haste. Then they just stopped coming. Cynthia has been cleaning my home since we moved in 2 years ago. She is reliable and trustworthy. Cynthia does a very thorough job, pays attention to detail and takes her time to make sure everything is perfect. She is a wonderful woman and I can’t imagine anyone else in my home.

Cynthia and her team are exceptional. Professional service and the cleanest bathrooms and kitchens I’ve ever had! I love that they care enough to fold down the corners of the toilet paper and paper towels, I love attention to detail and folks who take pride in their work. I can’t recommend them enough!
