OUTSTANDING experience from beginning to end! Mickey, the secretary provided a fantastic first impression. She was very polite and accommodating. Matt, the owner was also a pleasure to work with. He arrived on time and repaired my carpet (he removed a stained section and pieced in a fresh new segment of carpeting.) His repair actually exceeded the standard of the original carpet installation. Finally, his price was very fair considering the level of expertise he brought to this job. I plan to use him to shampoo my carpets and would confidently recommend him for any carpet repair job!

Could not be happier!!!!V&V Carpet Car gave us back our beautiful area rug. We thought it was ruined but gave V&V a try. The rug, made with wool, silk and jute shines in our living room again. Great customer service too! V&V is a gem! Chris S
