I went to Mary Beth for pain in my hip and down my leg. I am of the mind to treat my body as naturally as possible and going to Mohawk Valley Healing Therapies confirmed my sentiments. Mary Beth is very easy to talk to and communicate with but, more importantly, she is relieving my pain. I feel like I am getting my active life back. It feels good and I am thankful Mary Beth can help me.

I have been setting up appointments with MaryBeth for almost two years now and am super happy with the results. After many years of physical work as well as currently sitting at a desk job for 8+ hours, my body had really begun to feel it; however, since I have been going twice, or once, a month at the least- I've started to feel a HUGE difference in the way my body moves as well as how my body feels when I'm not "using it" as I should. She is respectful, kind, courteous, and very knowledgeable in what she does!! Highly recommend.
