I’ve used them 2 time and both times they did a fantastic job and were great to work with! I’m planning to have them back soon to do some additional work on the house and barn plumbing. The last time they were there they pumped and upgraded the septic system since it appeared it had never been pumped nor did we know where it was. They found it! Again, great working with them.

Couldn't be happier with AALCO's service! After the heavy rains last night, we had several inches of water in our basement. Frank and Greg managed to get to us just two hours after we called (on what I'm sure was a very busy day), remove all the water, and clear out our drain. Even better, they explained exactly what the problem was and how to prevent it. Super professional, friendly, and straightforward. Thank you!

AALCO Septic & Sewer, Inc. The Drain Doctor just finished all of the work to install a new pump tank, pump, and leach field. We’ve been limping along for a few years, but it was a big expense. The work was completed in the most efficient, professional manner. They recommended a civil engineer to do the required percolation test and designed the new system. All of their employees worked well together as a team. I asked many, many questions and was given understandable answers about what had to be done, why it was needed and how it would be done. The best part of the situation was the “ballpark” estimate two years ago was quite close to their actual proposal (50% less than my second company’s proposal). And finally, I wrote the check yesterday for the exact amount of their proposal! What a great experience with a very professional company.
