I am a new patient to the practice. My appointment was 6/12/23 however upon my arrival I was notified that the computer systems were down and power was affected. I was told that they would call me the next day to reschedule. The front office staff as well as the hygienist were kind. About 30 minutes later I received a call back from the office as they were back up and running. They were able to get me in the next day for my appointment.At my appointment I was greeted kindly as I walked in. My hygienist, Margaret, was pleasant, informative and most importantly she was gentle. Hygienists and dentist are wonderful but the Orthodontist area not so much. Not very flexible when it comes to their availability to have braces check up every 6 weeks. Only time slots available are during school hours. When we've tried to make Apts at lunch time they don't call you back on time so you're late getting back to school. I've had to go up to the desk every time to ask when she'll be called back. Its always at least 15 minutes after her scheduled apt. But if you cancel outside the 24hr window you're charged $100. Is nobody else's time valuable but theirs? Do better

My hygienist Nicole T. was so kind, knowledgeable and gentle. She made going to the dentist a fun trip. The dentist gave me a thorough exam and was also very friendly. A definite return is in order when I’m due.
