Our 2 year old AC unit broke on the hottest day of the year, of course!! We called Vastola and spoke to Mark in Service and by 3pm that day Randy was at our house, had it up and running!! He was very professional, explained exactly what happened and answered all of our questions. Mark helped us save money by finding out the parts were still under warranty!! Great experience, highly recommend!
