Does not return calls even though the message says not to leave multiple messages and that your call will be returned within 24 hours. I had trigger finger surgery on 4 fingers at the same time. I was sick with a stomach bug the morning of my month follow up so I called and left a message to reschedule. For the next two weeks I left multiple messages for a return call to reschedule. I did not get a call back until I went onto the online portal and requested an appointment. I was told the next available was another 4 1/2 weeks away.
