“This cute salon in West Seneca is so much more! I go to Bloom to have my nails done, Diana the owner is so friendly and dies a fantastic job. I have seen her before and after pictures for hair as well and she does beautiful work. Bloom also collaborates with other small businesses in the area to put on events like a Princess Party. During re-opening after closure due to COVID, Bloom went above and beyond to follow the protocols set by the State and made me feel very safe. In the summer she even offered outdoor haircuts if that made people more comfortable. Check this gem out!“
