I had to put my best friend to sleep two days ago and i was a sobbing mess when i arrived. I called ahead as Ive never been there and every single person was kind to me from start to finish. I waited in my van with him until i got the call and i couldn't get my dude in a carrier so i carried him in and instead of telling me i need a carrier they just let me into a room. The staff spoke softly and were gentle with him but also with me. They sat down next to me instead of standing over me. They took me into a room with soft natural lighting, dim lights, a couch and comfy chairs, even an area rug. The dr was given a vibrating pager and i had the call button. I had to take my cat in. Services were very fast. Sadly her liver was failing and I had to make the toughest decision to put her down. They were very sympathetic to me as I've never had to do it. My cat will live on in spirit and in my heart.

I can not begin to explain how amazing the staff is. We had an emergency with my 12 years old dog on New Year’s Day which lead to us having to say goodbye to him that day. Not only was the staff so caring and helpful during such a hard time they continued to show respect and condolences to our family after the fact .It made such a difficult process for us much easier with the help and understanding of everyone at this facility.I truly can not Thank you enough for how amazing your staff is❤️ The Pezdek Family
