Big hot water tank flood....called first thing in the morning. Explained what happened and size tank...by 1:30 same day had my new tank. The guys that did my install to folks on the phone were all great. Will definitely be calling again if need a plumber service. Thank you 😊
Had a major sewer break disaster on a Friday. Purtill Plumbing handled in an immediate and professional way to get us stabilized. Advised they would be back on Monday AM to dig out the pipe with backhoe contractor on Monday morning at 8:00 AM. They were early by one minute. Great and professional people on the crews. Wonderful people in the office (called to reconfirm). This company lives their motto. They are as good as their word.
