“A big shout out to Ron & Katie in the Lancaster location. I’m snowbirding in NC and my frames broke on me. They were under warranty so I shipped them to the Lancaster office on a Saturday. They arrived on a Monday. Ron & Katie immediately changed out the broken frames for the new ones, inserted the lenses and Ron immediately walked them over to the post office for priority delivery. Glasses arrived on Wednesday and couldn’t be happier. Outstanding customer service by Ron & Katie and the entire Thomas Turtle team!“

“I have been quite impressed with the Vision Center here! The ophthalmologist is professional, kind and helpful. They keep the area quite clean, with extra cleaning due to Covid. I've never waited more than 5 minutes to be seen, and was prescribed lenses and contacts that fit and work perfectly.“

Not only did SVS Vision get me in like next day they were beyond friendly and accommodating! Plus as an added bonus their frames were way cheaper too!! “I've been going to Council Opticians since 1991( when I faked an eye exam bc my whole family had glasses but me) I got busted and didn't need them until 8th grade. I've gotten glasses & contacts from here. Along with my daughter and my husband. Yes, prices are different at every place you go but I don't want cheap garbage from Walmart. I go here bc I've always had a great experience with the owner & his staff. If there ever was a minor set back - things have always been taken care of in a timely manner. I highly recommend Council Opticians! Also depending on the glasses you pick, how many adjustments you have had, how you treat your glasses etc will determine how long they last. Please don't blame others for your bad day and how you mishandled your glasses. I have messed up my own glasses with hairspray and that's 110% on me* I would never blame the staff for my bad judgement while quickly getting ready for work.Council is a family run business and they are amazing“

“My only complaint is that there's a bit of a wait when you have an appointment. They're very accommodating for emergency things, which in my book counts for a lot. When my frames broke, they popped the lenses out and gave me new frames for $50 total. Today I called and asked last minute for a different contact sample to try because my current ones were drying out, I even showed up before I said I would due to lunch times changing, and they were able to help me.“
