“We love Winning Smiles of Orchard Park! We have used Winning Smiles for a very long time, since my older kids (who are 18 and 20 now) were little. BUT I HAVE TO BRAG on this one nurse there.. I wish I knew her name but the nurse we have had the last couple times in the room with my youngest son,who is 8, is absolutely amazing!! First off she remembers him each time and she even remembered specific details he told her last time, like what his cats name was.. She has put him at ease the last few times during procedures he's had in office. Today, he had to go in because he had a cap fall out and we went to see if they would put it back in but it ended up that the baby tooth that was underneath the cap was loose and his adult tooth was poking through so they helped wiggle it out for him. He was a little nervous; even though he is quite the talker and always has the nurses and doctors cracking up at the things he says; but the nurse held his hand and kept him engaged in conversation so he wouldn't be scared. But when they got the tooth out it fell to the back of his mouth so the nurse had to suction it up so she even wrote a note to the tooth fairy letting her know why my son's tooth wasn't in the envelope with the cap! She is so sweet and caring and gentle and she is my sons favorite for good reason! She even gave him two tokens for their toy tower for doing so great! Winning Smiles is lucky to have her!!! We have an hour and a half drive to get there and they don't accept our insurance anymore but it is worth the drive and the cost, as long as that nurse is there to help make not only my son but other children comfortable with being at the dentist!!! The doctor we have there is also super sweet! And her voice and her entire demeanor is so calming and soothing. The ladies at the desk are super friendly and do their jobs quick and efficiently and always with a smile! Thank you Winning Smiles for being so great!“

“After having a filling fall out after hours last night I called Dr Karams office this morning. I was a new patient to them and Lauren the wonderful receptionist scheduled me to come in right away( I had called several other dentists and was told I had to wait weeks.) Dr Karam gave me a completely pain free novocaine injection, filled my tooth and I was in and out in 45 minutes total. Couldn’t be happier!“

“I could not be more pleased with this office! From the front desk, to the techs, to the Dr everyone was wonderful. My son and I had appointments on the same day with different technicians. They were both great! Sabrina really put me at ease, was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, informative, and caring. Dental anything isn’t easy for me (like for many people) and she made me feel like I was just hanging with a friend through my entire cleaning. Jake was wonderful as well with my son. The Dr. was also very personable, kind, and informative. Very, very happy to have found this practice! Thanks!“
