“We are so happy with our Kitchen Tune Up (Buffalo, NY) experience!

We chose to work with Kitchen Tune Up because they were willing to keep existing features of our kitchen such as the sink, cabinetry, and backsplash. They helped us add on to our kitchen to make it so much more functional. I feel that they really listened to what we wanted and truly had our best interests at heart. They also made really great suggestions to make sure that the kitchen stays functional for years to come. For example, Sean was very meticulous with his measurements to make sure that we could extend our cabinetry from wall to wall but still be able to use the back door. Sean also suggested making an alteration to the upper cabinets above the stove to increase our storage space and I absolutely love how much storage it added as well as how good it looks.

During our project the Kitchen Tune Up crew was very professional. They were always on time and cleaned up after themselves before they left. Brian and Madyson were readily available and helpful throughout the entire project. There were a couple of issues with the replacement of the floor where a closet had been removed and a cabinet door that was installed incorrectly. However, Kitchen Tune Up responded to me immediately after reaching out and corrected the issues very quickly. Kitchen Tune Up was very responsive and eager to make sure we would be happy with the final product.

Our project included adding cabinetry, installing new countertops, electrical work (recessed lights, additional outlets, installing a range hood), resurfacing of existing cabinetry, and removing a closet. The project began May 20, 2024 and was completed July 3, 2024. For such a large project I think this time frame was reasonable but I do feel that the timeline was not clear to us until the project had begun.

When we look at our kitchen we are so happy with it! We finally have all the storage we need and it looks amazing! Kitchen Tune Up seamlessly blended our older kitchen elements with new ones and I am so impressed at how great it looks.“

“It was a pleasure working with the team from Creative Remodeling. We had work done on two bathrooms, hall lighting, kitchen floor, and cabinet modification to fit a regular size gas stove. It was originally a drop in electric. They were easy to work with to make modifications for our budget. When there were a couple issues, they were right there to fix it. I find that very important. They are knowledgeable, and offer a nice variety of good products.
