Phenomenal customer service! I have been using this provider since I moved to the area about 7 years ago and I have never had a bad experience! Excellent customer service and professional employees! Everything I’ve brought in to be dry cleaned has been returned promptly and usually earlier than the guarantee date!

Benzinger's Clothing Care are a staff of wonderfully personable and professional people who really love what they are doing. I contacted them in need of a change to the delivery date for some tablecloths. Not only did they change the date, they delivered them within hours of me speaking to them. Every company or business who deals with the public should take a page out of Benzinger's playbook on how to treat customers.

Staff is always extremely friendly everything that I have had cleaned at benzinger's from comforters to curtains to suits everything came out beautifully and packaged so nice for pickup and for storing my winter comforters thanks again to the staff at benzinger's!! ?
