John made my 10-year-old laptop computer run like brand new! The price was very reasonable. Other repair shops would charge me the same price with absolutely no increase in performance. I still can't believe it. Highly recommend !!!
I dropped of an Ubuntu machine which also had a Win10 system. John reinstalled the Win10, the machine runs fine now. I also received a veteran's discount. I've been taking my machines to John for over a decade and have always had excellent service.
