Van Hee Geothermal has been nothing short of terrible to work with. They are unresponsive to phone calls or emails, they are lacking in skills when it comes to troubleshooting and they have an extremely limited staff which means it takes weeks to have someone service a repair.Their install technicians are solid, helpful and competent but their management is useless. The owner is not helpful and appears to have the attitude of take it or leave it, we have other business.I did a majority of the troubleshooting on some of our recent repairs and had to constantly call their office to give suggestions and get updates on how to manage the problem and solution.They ordered... read full review

good people bad service, the RGE bills is alot higher now compared to my gas fire unit. geothemal is supported to save me money not otherwise. regret to do business with vanhee.Service: Heating system installation
