We have been having issues in our apartment with the heat turning on, and Josh was extremely thorough and patient trying to resolve the issue. He even did over 3 test tries to make sure our heat stayed on and thermostat worked. He was also very informative when it came to our questions or even telling us what he was doing/how things worked. The lady that I had communicated with on the phone to find out information for furnace data was very helpful to point out where other services could be obtained due to them being booked out yet was able to direct me in the areas of other sources.they are very polite semi direct to the point no hiding or trying to upsell. They are a good resource material as well even though I I'm not a custom of there's they took the time to help connect me with the right people

Josh located the crack in the main waste line stack, an old cast iron pipe. He had to take down upper cabinets, and crawl into the lower cabinet to remove the stack; as well as placing the new pipe. It honestly was not an easy task!! I thank him for his diligence, patience, and professionalism. I will definitely call Gregory again for any future plumbing needs.Services: Plumbing leak detection
