Kathy exhibited extreme patience while dealing with one of those IDIOT ROBOTS WITH AN INSURANCE COMPANY. The robot kept asking the same info. Name, dob,etc at least 7 times despite her patiently repeating it slowly and clearly each time.
Kathy does her job well and has the patience of a saint.
All of the associates were kind and enjoyable to talk with, the exam was thorough and results were explained clearly. The glasses selection was amazing! The only caveat was the price. Even with insurance it was a lot of money.
Polite,helpful, quick service from all team members. Answered all of my questions and explained everything to me. Offered to help me find a set of frames I liked or to see if they still carried my old frames that I love.
