I run a solo law firm in a rural location without much in the way of nearby services. I'm also rather computer-illiterate. Directive has been a godsend. On multiple occasions over the past five years, Devin, Jeremy and others at Directive have responded promptly to my cries for help and managed to fix my computer issues remotely. They provide a level of service that's rarely found in any industry. I can't speak highly enough of these guys.

The Directive staff are amazing. They helped us build a great website and they always give detailed step-by-step directions if we want to do additions/modifications on our own. They are also more then willing to step in and make changes for us if the changes are out of our league.Our users are constantly telling us how much they like our site. The Directive team makes "us" look good. Going with Directive was a great decision.

Our law firm in NYC hired Directive to update the firms outdated website. They did an incredible job from start to finish. They have a wonderful staff of artistic engineers who walked us through every facet of the build incorporating our ideas and layouts. It was a great collaborative effort.
