First time visit for me! I was pleasantly surprised by many things: They were open - I had come right off the thruway while heading home because after each hour I was feeling worse! I was greeted nicely and treated very well! Polite, quick and thorough questions! Tests performed and diagnosis made! They all listened to me! Staff was excellent! My only complaint is not their fault! They do not accept Excellus BCBS at this time so I paid out of pocket!
I’ve been here many times myself and with my children. The staff are always professional, knowledgeable and kind. The wait is not long most of the time. Would definitely recommend this WellNow location.
They took me right in, did all the tests and got me to the hospital so fast. The staff was awesome and the Doctor was very friendly and knowledgeable. Facility are very clean and esthetically pleasing. All in all good experience, already feeling better.
