I purchased a top of the line Lenox furnace from this company, I have had nothing but bad luck with its function. Two weeks ago I had the service technicians here to do work on the furnace because it was below zero temps outside. Mind you this was the third service visit for the same reason, each time they came it was 125.oo show up fee, and I insisted they order the parts and fix it. After calls and pokes and prodding for assistance they came and fixed it, it has not even been 2 weeks and the furnace is malfunctioning again. One brother Don gives me the run around, While the other brother seems to know his stuff. Luckily I got the smarter of the two to repair it. So I called today to follow up on a message I left on the 17th that its still not heating properly. I was told they are no longer servicing the Rome area, (BS), and was told to find another heating company. I asked why, no explanation was given. I have no balance due with this company, I paid cash for services rendered with receipts. In reading other reviews of this company, no one gives a review higher than one. People be ware this company does not stand behind its products, services, or warranties. SAD and truly unfair to a customer that paid thousands of dollars for a new furnace and central air,I will be contacting the better business bureau. Be-warned.

Horrible!! They have given us the run around for 2 weeks with this subzero temps! Never made an effort to come out to even look at the furnace they installed! Wouldn’t recommend to anybody!
