Our deepest gratitude to Dr.John Costello for restoring my husband’s eye sight! His expertise is beyond compare! He and his staff are the best of the best! Would highly recommend him to anyone that has the need for eye care!!
Dr. John Costello did my LASIK eye surgery in the spring of 2021 and I couldn’t be happier with the planning, procedure, and after-care. They were open and honest about my options and the procedure from the very first appointment. The procedure itself was quick and professional. Dr. Costello and his staff followed up with me and made sure I was comfortable after the procedure. Scheduling follow-up appointments has been easy. A you can tell the entire staff from the front desk to the nurses and doctors all really care about their patients. I’m very glad I chose them for my surgery and I would recommend them to anyone who asks.
I am extremely satisfied with my right eye cataract surgery which was performed at Griffiss Surgery Center on September 13th 2022. Dr. Costello was very professional and the surgery center was impressive. There was some confusion on my medication which was to start on a Saturday, got a call back from the Dr. and he explained everything. He also called me the night of the surgery to check on things. Would highly recommend the Oneida NY offices and Griffiss. All nurses and Drs. involved did a wonderful and very thorough job. Thanks again !
