“My husband and I have rented from Gary for the past 3 years and our apartment was one to get hit by the tornado on Barlow St. After being displaced, Gary expeditiously replaced the roof that was blown off during the event. Like many of the residents on Barlow St we lost a great deal and the whole time Gary showed empathy and kindness in an effort to get us back into the apartment ASAP. My husband and I are both in education in a neighboring district and Gary has pulled out all the stops in an effort to get us back in before the start of the school year. “Randy and his team did a tremendous job painting our home and doing the necessary construction. Truly, they all went above and beyond! They started the work EARLY, and finished a day before our deadline. Randy kept in constant communication about even the smallest details, and ALWAYS came through for us, even when we asked some unrelated questions about the house. Each of his team members working in our new home was warm, friendly, and very accommodating when we had to move in and while we were trying to get set up. They were open to comments and no one was rude even once during the entire time they were here. Randy supervised the whole time and offered lots and lots of tremendously valuable information and advice about our new house, which we were yet to get settled into. He made sure everything was perfectly aligned and covered all the furniture to make sure nothing got covered in Sheetrock dust. “We contacted Joe to see if he was available to wire a 220 volt hot tub and an in wall electric heater. Joe promptly set an appointment and reviewed the project. Joe provided a written estimate and an anticipated start / completion date. Joe started the job on the scheduled date and it was completed as we previously agreed. There were no hidden additional costs. His work was neat, and very professional looking. He even brings his own vacuum and cleans up each day before he leaves the project.
