Our dog Sawyer stayed with Amarok Kennels for a week for a board and train. They made me feel so comfortable leaving him, and answered all my questions. When my husband and I picked Sawyer up, he had a great base for training that we couldn’t achieve without them. Sarah an Tyler, worked with my husband and I on Sawyers new training techniques so we could continue them at home. I can’t stress enough, how wonderful the experience was. If you are struggling with your pet, I highly recommend you reach out to them!
Our dog, Cricket, is extremely timid & can get herself worked up pretty easily. Because of this we have always been concerned with leaving her anywhere, and have avoided it for a while. A few months ago Tyler and Sarah started assisting Cricket with some of her leash pulling, and placing commands. We have noticed a night and day difference after a few sessions. Last week we dropped her off for her first stay with Tyler and Sarah and she did great. They assured us she would be taken care of, and kept contact letting us know how much fun she was having. It was visible to us that Cricket was having a great time and she probably would have stayed if she could have!
We were very hesitant to leave our Daphne with anyone, as she is very anxious and timid, and is afraid of anything that barks. Tyler and Sarah assured us that Amarok Kennels is different from other kennels. They provide a home like atmosphere and they would treat Daphne as their own during her stay. When we pulled up to their home we heard no barking. We communicated with them while we were away and we were happy to hear that she was doing well and “peacefully coexisting” with the other dogs. We were very pleased with the experience and hope to board at Amarok again. - Priscilla and Mike LeMay
