Yesterday I called Sears in the Olean Center Mall and spoke to the manager Calvin on the status of my order. He went above and beyond to ease my worries. He was going to give me a floor washer machine until mine came in so that I didn't have to waste anymore time and money going to the laundry mat. He kept on my order and called me to let me now that I will be getting my new one after all today. Excellent Customer Service. Thank you Calvin!
