“This was my 1st time at Tip Top, I lived in a large city until recently, and was pleasantly surprised by my experience. My tech refined his work as he went and after the gel painting made sure to file the nails again and trim any stray cuticles or skin,attention to detail sorely needed by every other place I've ever been, definitely going back!

“About 3 weeks ago I had my nails done at another salon and was pretty unhappy with the results so I was nervous to go anywhere to have them filled! This was completely different!! Valentino took his time and made sure he understood exactly what I wanted! This is probably the happiest I've ever been with my nails! I recommend this salon 1000% over the other salons in Olean! I don't understand the negative reviews at all!! They must have had a different nail tech then I did!! I will definitely go back every time and request him!!“
