Receptionists, nurse and provider were excellent! I was in town from Rochester and I came in thinking it was an urgent care. After I called my insurance to make sure id be covered they were able to fit me in to see me on short notice. They were patient while i called my insurance, accomodating to my situation, and very friendly!
Dr Socash and his staff was so helpful. They went out of their way to conduct Telemedicine for me this past weekend. I’m not a patient but they treated me as a patient. Thank you
Dr lister is by far the greatest dentist I have ever been to. Him along with his assistant/ hygienist Lisa helped me out while on vacation and I couldn't be more grateful. I felt so comfortable that from now on I'll be taking the trip from syracuse to old forge for all my dental work
