“Long Energy came with the house when I moved to the VOK. Generally happy with service, but yesterday I woke to no heat, no hot water, no display in the on demand propane fueled hot water heater and it needed parts. Part came in from the manufacturers this afternoon and at 7:20pm I have heat and hot water before the temperature plummets again. Long Energy customer service is excellent, the products good, and their prices fair. A big thank you to Sean and all of the folks who make this company great!“
