i experienced difficulty placing an online order. When I contacted the company I received not only a swift response but they quickly responded to the issue by updating their web ordering system and correcting the glitch within 24 hours of my initial contact. They also continued to email me to make sure that I knew it had been taken care of and to provide a direct link to the page I needed. No gratuitous speeches and PC customer service babel just real customer service and caring. I can't ask for more than that.

Got the ventilation system in my basement. Sales people were friendly and easy to work with. Basement air feels great now and once it's installed, you can basically forget about it - it's quiet and doesn't need maintenance. Definitely recommend.

Had the ventilation system installed in our basement and it works great! The company was extremely professional and helpful. We then installed their water system which transformed our awful water into drinkable water. Would highly recommend.
