I spoke with Jack Ruiz, he is the owner. I was pleased to hear his story and how he worked to own his own business. He REALLY cares about the customer. His commitment to ensuring all aspects of the repairs were covered was very much appreciated. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a remediation company. ServPro was a God sent! My pipe burst and caused extensive water damage on three levels of my house. I was about to put my house on the market and was disheartened when this happened.But ServPro got in, eliminated the moisture, removed the damaged floor and sheet rock and completed the repairs in a timely manner.
