First, it’s challenging to schedule classes without planning far in advance. Although the waitlist moves quickly, rescheduling to an earlier or later class is nearly impossible.
Second, I attend four days a week, and when I have the same trainer multiple times in one week, the classes often feel repetitive. I wish there was more variety in the class templates from day to day
That said, all the trainers are fantastic, and I appreciate their hard work. A bit more variety would make the experience even better!”“

A dear friend of mine recommended me to this place last year and I dont think I could ever repay the favor. The therapist here quickly identified my trouble areas and how I was lifting things and moving incorrectly. Her knowledge of anatomy is top notch. Dawn is worth her weight in gold!“

I am not at all flexible, and was initially intimidated by how difficult Pilates seemed on social media. Sheena is great at explaining different cues and giving me variations that suit my current physical abilities. I’ve learned to appreciate what my body is capable of and realize that exercise doesn’t always have to be high impact, high intensity in order to be effective. I am grateful to have found this conveniently located studio and look forward to attending more classes!“

The instructors are knowledgeable, and the workouts are always challenging. I go three times a week, and each session is different, allowing me to push both my body and mind every time. “I don't know where Denise has been all my life but I'm so thankful that I enrolled in her Pilates program! I've had 3 group sessions and 1 individual class I can feel the difference in my fitness levels, my ability to know when I'm doing something correctly and if not how to make the adjustments. She definitely works on your core but is open to address any areas you feel need improvement or just maintenance. She has a wonderful manner and communicates so effectively. I won't miss a class and neither should you !!“
