OSI converted our home to central a/c over 10 years ago and today replaced our home’s original (over 70 years old) boiler with a high efficiency unit and hot water heater. Mike came to my home and explained what I need and proposed what I felt was a very fair price. The technicians, Scott and Russell were superb and left my home spotless. The nicest part was their patience to make sure I was satisfied and to explain all the features about the new system. My advice, don’t choose a company that is only interested in selling new products like alarm systems but rather a company who is committed to their clients. Want to post about my recent experience from OSI. Woke up this morning at 7am with no heat in my house and no idea where to start. Having a new home and no contract with any oil providers I was nervous about where to begin. A co-worker had recommended the team at OSI to help and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Mike and his team were at the house and had explained to me the in and outs of my boiler and had me up and running by 9am. I would highly recommend OSI to anyone that is looking for a professional high service oriented team that can provide solutions for your home heating needs.
