Stephen and Vincent are experienced owners, who collaborate effectively with their employees on the job, to tackle the needs and demands of the customer. Work is completed in a timely manner. They do a great job of forecasting completion of the job and waste zero time.

“We’ve been happy customers for over two years and we only wish we had discovered them sooner. The previous company had misdiagnosed an issue that led to numerous costly breakdowns and repairs. We had heard good things about Proactive Home Services so we gave them a try and they were able to fix the problem (this time for good!) at an extremely reasonable rate. Because they were so friendly, professional, and affordable, we signed up for their maintenance program. Twice a year an extremely knowledgeable serviceman (big shout out to Ted!) will come run a diagnostics on our system. Even though we’ve come to know him, Proactive still sends us a picture of him before the appointment. We very much appreciate that level of safety. We haven’t had a single issue with our system in those two years, which is a huge departure of the previous few years. That being said, even though everything runs perfectly, we keep the maintenance checkup service because it’s so reasonably priced and provides a level of security knowing that any future issues will be resolved. We can’t say enough nice things about this company. They are always extremely responsive, setting up appointments is easy, and they are *GASP* always on time. They even confirm when they are near via text. We see them once in the fall, and once in the spring, and never in between because our system just works!“

Artisan also leveled out our uneven floors, and updated our dining room.Gerry was cool, calm, and collected throughout our renovation and was just what we needed. Mike is a perfectionist and the work speaks for it self !! No surprise fees , and no surprise no shows . Never treated my house as a second thought even after I messed up on some of the kitchen cabinet order. ... Only advise I have is step back and let mike make it right .
