Well ,who said that a horrible experience had to be complete bad?
Today the shower in our basement bathroom backed out with all kind of disgusting things that I could not even dear to describe, thanks to a fantastic tenant ,who believe that food waste, paper towels ,wipes ,rice, beans ,pasta and everything else is good to dispose of inthe toilets!
A total nigthmare ,just until we called Mike ,really fast his team was in our home ,and we were amazed by the kindnes and profesionalism, the guy was right on point in his diagnosis and not much time passed for us to be at peace again, with a system running perfectly.

Excellent Service…Due to a sewer blockage our stores toilets backed up..In less than an hour the owner Michels was on site fixing the issue. He is professional and takes the time to fix the issue and explain what he is doing. I would highly recommend 24hr plumbing for any plumbing needs.

We had a toilet that would not flush and would sometimes backup into the adjacent shower. Mike came out and snaked the house sewer out to the trap. Still no good. Then Mike snaked out to the street. Still no good. Mike checked the street sewer, and the street sewer was full. Mike helped us contact the county water department and said he would come back after the street sewer was cleaned. Mike went above and beyond coming back to the house later in the day to make sure everything was good. Best experience I have had with a contractor.
